What this site is

Ecstasis is currently a pre-launch waitlist and informational site. It lets you join our waitlist, take a short self-reflection assessment, and read articles about ADHD wellness strategies. It is not yet the Ecstasis app — the app will have its own terms of service when it launches.

Not medical advice

Ecstasis is a general-wellness product. Nothing on this site — including the self-assessment quiz, blog content, or any other material — is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Ecstasis is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including ADHD.

If you have concerns about your health, including possible ADHD, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Joining the waitlist

By submitting your email address, you're asking us to notify you about Ecstasis's launch and progress. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you access to the app, a specific launch date, or any particular feature. We may change our plans as we build.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse this site — for example, by attempting to access it in ways not permitted by these terms, submitting false or malicious data, or interfering with its operation.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, design, branding, and the Ecstasis name and logo — belongs to Ecstasis or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

No warranties

This site is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecstasis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
